MedRelay provides both Transcription Companies and Medical Groups a complete Dictation and Transcription File Management System.

With an easy-to-use, web-based interface, MedRelay will facilitate the transaction of data between Providers and Transcriptionists. The MedRelay solution is a role-based service providing simple and authorized access to the data to only those involved in the transaction.

MedRelay provides you with an Online Account and a Software Agent to install on any PC. With the connection of a Dictaphone to your MedRelay agent it automatically detects and uploads any new dictation to your secure MedRelay account.

All files are transferred in real-time as they are created. The transfer uses the existing PC's internet connection and a 256-bit Secure Tunnel between your MedRelay Agent and your MedRelay Account on the secure Servers in our Network Operations Centers (NOCs). All file transfers are date & time stamped for organization and searching purposes.
